Join us Thursday evening for check-in, registration, and our official Seeing Is Believing Retreat Meet & Greet with your fellow attendees, designers, and special guests.

Pick up your retreat goodies, mingle with your new creative family, take plenty of photos, and get ready for the magical weekend ahead.

This is your chance to settle in, make new friends, reconnect with familiar faces, and officially kick off our journey together.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 20

A FULL DAY OF CHRISTMAS MAGIC

Our first full day together!

Spend the day creating, learning, and being inspired alongside our featured designers.

Enjoy your included meals and refreshments, explore our vendors, snap plenty of photos at our over-the-top photo experiences, and keep your eyes open for surprises along the way.

And when the designing is done...

The magic isn't over yet. 🎄✨

Friday evening, we'll come together for a special evening experience filled with even more fun, laughter, and connection.

What exactly do I have planned?

SATURDAY, AUGUST 21

SEEING IS BELIEVING

Our journey continues with another full day of creativity, inspiration, laughter, and surprises.

We'll create together, celebrate the friendships and memories we've made, and bring The Seeing Is Believing Retreat to a close in true How I See It style.

And if you've been to one of my events before...You already know I believe in saving a little magic for the end. ❤️🔔

SHUTTLE INCLUDED once you are at the hotel: Each day, we will have a shuttle to transport you from the host hotel to the event venue. All after hours events will happen in the hotel. 

This retreat is at a WINERY. It doesn’t get better than that! You can count on lots of laughs and FUN!

Choose to pay in full or take advantage of our convenient 8-month payment plan.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION:

Your ticket includes admission to The Seeing Is Believing Retreat and the experiences and inclusions outlined above.

Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in your retreat ticket.

A limited number of in-person retreat tickets will be available.

The Seeing Is Believing Retreat takes place in Chester, Virginia.

For those wishing to fly in, the closest major airport is:

Richmond International Airport (RIC)

The airport is approximately 20 minutes from the Chester area.

Uber, Lyft, and car rental services are available.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

We will have a designated host hotel for The Seeing Is Believing Retreat.

Host hotel information, group rates, booking details, and additional travel information will be shared with registered attendees as details become available.

Once you've purchased your retreat ticket, you'll also receive information about joining our private Seeing Is Believing Retreat Attendee Facebook Group, where we'll share important retreat updates, announcements, travel information, and plenty of surprises leading up to the event!

IMPORTANT TICKET POLICIES

Please read all ticket policies carefully before purchasing.

All ticket purchases are nonrefundable.

Tickets cannot be transferred to another How I See It event or applied as credit toward a future event.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another individual. It is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to arrange the transfer. Once the transfer has been completed, How I See It must be provided with the new attendee's name and contact information.

For guests purchasing through a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

If a scheduled payment fails to process, you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information and complete the missed payment.

If payment is not received within the 7-day grace period, your payment plan may be canceled and your retreat ticket released. Previous payments will not be refunded.

All payment plans must be paid in full prior to the retreat.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Additional retreat information, including schedules and attendee details, will be communicated directly to registered attendees.
